Laser visualization for SCIENCE Magazine (4K) (2012)

Freelance laser visualization for Chalmers Physics and SCIENCE Magazine in 2012. (LightWave 3D + Octane Render Standalone.)
---
I freelanced with LightWave 3D from 1995-2013 (originally on a DEC Alpha workstation) and I still own 4-5 original boxes/licenses of LW, actually starting with version 4.0 on the Amiga. Good times. I have tons and tons of work done in LightWave 3D, but it might be too old to show on this high-end site. Anyway, from LightWave I went to Softimage 3D in 1997, then Softimage 3D and Alias PowerAnimator in 1998 and then on to Maya in mid 1998. I later used Softimage XSI for a while too, but I was too used to the Maya workflow now to leave that software. I then used Maya pretty much exclusively from 1998-2019, where I also started using Blender 2.8X in late 2019. These days it's about 50% Maya and 50% Blender for productions. Also good times! :)
